How do I get started with personal training?

Contact us through our contact form or call (575) 637-5411 to schedule your initial consultation. We'll discuss your goals and create a personalized plan.

What services do you offer?

We offer personal training, online coaching, meal planning, fitness assessments, and nutrition consultations. All services are tailored to your individual needs and goals.

How do I schedule or reschedule a session?

You can schedule sessions through your dashboard calendar. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We're available Monday-Friday 7:00AM-12:00PM and 2:00PM-6:00PM.

What should I bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We'll provide all necessary equipment. Don't forget to bring your completed health history form.

Do you offer online training?

Yes! We offer comprehensive online coaching programs including workout plans, nutrition guidance, and regular check-ins through our platform.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in session charges.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed services. Package credits may be transferred to other services with approval.

Health & Safety

All clients must complete a health history form before beginning training. Please inform us of any medical conditions or injuries.
